Important Information for Attendees:

  1. Filmmaker Attendance Requirement:

    • To ensure a successful and engaging experience for both filmmakers and attendees, filmmakers must be present at the venue to represent their films.

    • If the filmmaker is not in attendance, there is a possibility that their film may not be screened.

  2. Seating Capacity and Access:

    • The Producers Club Theaters venue has a limited seating capacity of 45 seats.

    • Admission to screenings will be on a first-come, first-served basis for ticket holders.

    • We encourage attendees to arrive early to secure their seats, as entry cannot be guaranteed once the venue is at full capacity.

  3. Ticket Policy:

    • Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including missed screenings or failure to gain access due to capacity limitations.

    • Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.

  4. Changes to Schedule or Lineup:

    • The festival reserves the right to make adjustments to the schedule, lineup, or venue arrangements.

    • Any changes will be communicated promptly to attendees via email or at the venue.

  5. Awards Ceremony:

    • The All-Access Pass does not include entry to the Awards Ceremony, which requires a separate ticket.

  6. Respect for Venue Policies:

    • Please be mindful of the venue's policies, including designated areas for food, drinks, or other activities.

    • Cooperation with staff and adherence to guidelines ensures a pleasant experience for everyone.

  • No exceptions will be made for overcapacity situations due to safety regulations.

  • The North Film Festival - New York City is not responsible for the cancellation of any particular film or program; however, we shall do all within in our ability to make our customers happy by providing a pass to another program as a substitution- we do not offer refunds for passes purchased. (Please note: we request that attendee arrive to theatre no later than 20 minutes prior to start of program. Respect the theatre rules as well as fellow attendees.
